Studio orders are carefully packaged and shipped out of Parrish Hoag's studio in Gainesville, Georgia. You can expect your order to ship within 5 - 7 business days of the purchase date.
All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and charged along with your purchase.
If you are shipping an item outside the US, you may be subject to additional shipping costs which will be sent in a separate invoice before shipping your order.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you are in the metro Atlanta area and would like to pick up your painting in Parrish’s studio, please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.

Due to the custom and limited nature of the artwork, all art is final sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help!
All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact hello@parrishhoag.com within 10 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received.

Rest assured that every painting is packaged with care, as this process is handled meticulously in-house by the Gregg Irby team.
Hesitant to purchase a painting sight unseen? The Gregg Irby team is happy to ship artwork options to your home on loan so that you can see, feel & experience paintings in person prior to purchasing. Sometimes seeing is believing!
Artwork in "The Shepherd Hotel" Collection is on display at The Shepherd Hotel in Clemson, SC. It can be picked up at The Shepherd Hotel OR shipped.
Pickup: Visit The Shepherd Hotel (110 Sloan St, Clemson, SC 29631) to pick up your new painting. Show your order confirmation email to a hotel manager, then the painting is all yours!
Shipping: Artwork will either ship via UPS or with an art courier -- depending on delivery location. You can expect artwork to ship within 2 weeks of purchase date. Parrish Hoag will send you an email with shipping details.

All artwork ships within 2 weeks, or is available for local pickup at The Collective in Dallas, Texas. Additional shipping charges for artwork will apply, depending on location and size of the art.
